Due to the inclement weather, the V-Day Hammonton 2010 reading of “The Vagina Monologues” scheduled for Friday and Saturday has been postponed to Friday and Saturday, Feb. 26 and 27 at 8 p.m. Tickets that have already been purchased online will still be honored for the rescheduled dates. If ticket-holders cannot make the new dates, their tickets will be honored at another Eagle Theatre event during 2010 using their online ticket confirmation printout. No refunds will be offered. Proceeds from purchased tickets, and tickets purchased for the new dates will still benefit the Atlantic County Women’s Center. Also affected is the presentation of “Sex and the City”. Originally slated for Sunday, February 7th, it has been rescheduled for Sunday, Feb. 21 at 2 p.m. Please direct questions to Rosaria Mineo, Managing Director of the Eagle Theatre at 609-704-5012.
update: Atlantic County roads are now on official lockdown.
My street is snowcovered and not one plow has made it’s way down the road. What is being down to stop the snow from coming down.

My road got plowed twice! Hope they hit them all tomorrow when it’s all over. They must have gotten some heat since the first big snow because I noticed they’ve been out every time it snows, now. Either that or a HF’er moved in somewhere! More snow Tues. nite into Wed.

I think we should all stand behind our Highway Dept. Lance and the gang. They are the ones working in the bad weather to keep us safe. Hammonton First has really treated them like dirt the past four years so I think we all should be thanking our town employees for keeping us safe. THANK YOU LANCE AND GANG!
